Fixed-Price Projects
Cancellation terms defined in SOW. Typically no refunds for completed milestones.
Time & Materials Engagements
- ✓ Billing based on actual hours worked
- ✓ 7 days' written notice required for termination
- ✓ Payment due for all hours worked through notice period
- ✓ No refunds for completed work
Software Licenses & Products
Standard Software Products
Within 14 Days
Full refund if software has critical defects preventing intended use
After 14 Days
No refunds. Support and bug fixes provided per maintenance agreement.
Custom Software Development
- ✓ Refunds based on completion of agreed deliverables
- ✓ QA & acceptance criteria defined in SOW
- ✓ No refunds for accepted deliverables
- ✓ Warranty period: 30-90 days for bug fixes
Training & Workshops
More than 7 Days Before Training
Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
3-7 Days Before Training
50% refund of training fee
Less than 3 Days Before Training
No refund applicable
Rescheduling
One free reschedule allowed with 7+ days notice
Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, etc.):
- ✓ Projects may be suspended without penalty to either party
- ✓ Mutual agreement required for continuation or termination
- ✓ Pro-rated billing for work completed before suspension
